Not sure what year that you are talking about, but in a 3.5L V6, 1999, you have 4 of them to replace. There are dual exhausts coming from the engine and there are two catalytic converters. There is an O2 sensor just before and one just after each converter. There is a special O2 sensor tool that you may be able to get on loan from maybe an Auto Zone or Checker auto store in order to remove and install them. They may make you purchase it and then give money back when you are done. They are a bit of a Wrestling match, especially on the right side, but with persistence it can be done. When you are reinstalling them, make sure that you put anti-seize compound on them in case you ever have to remove them again.
