Pretty much its go to Honda and have them do it. No after market parts available for this piece of junk (I have a 2004, worst car I have ever owned). the blade itself is part # 1783260 (350 mm) retailing at $16.45. The curved plastic part at the drive end is removable to reveal a nut which holds the arm in place, the arm and wiper (part # 849263) retails for $37.77.
I have a 2008 Honda Pilot myself. The driver's side is a 24" in. blade, and the passenger side a 21 in. blade.
See souces and related links below for Honda Pilot rear wiper blade installation video and rear wiper blade information. I found a replacement for my 2011 Honda Pilot at Walmart. It is an Anco AR-14B. It looks identical to the original and fits perfectly. It is, however, missing the "foot" that rests in the holder. Though this has not affected the performance. The blade attaches to the arm with a single axel, for lack of a better term. You must pull arm away from the window and rotate the drivers side of the blade back toward the window. The axel slides out at an angle, back toward you and to the right. It takes a little force, but use care so you don't break the plastic arm. (Really Honda? A plastic arm?) Install the new wiper in the reverse order. You will need to push the arm through the blade to get the blade positioned properly, then slide it on. Listen for the snap and your are done! Good luck!
The 2005 Honda Pilot rear wiper blade size is a special 14" rear wiper blade that is very simple to replace once you find a replacement. Unfortunately, most stores do not stock this special rear wiper blade. See the Sources and Related Links section below for more information on the wiper blade itself and installation videos. Once you get the wiper blade, there will also be step-by-step instructions on the packaging. Very easy install.
