there are five sensors on a Honda civic intake three are on the passenger side top the others are on the middle and drivers side of the bottom

The vacuum hose on the civic is going to be to the left of the intake manifold.
By the last fuel injectoron on the intake manifold
in between the firewall and intake manifold

In the intake manifold plenium, its a 2 wire sensor
its located between the intake and exhaust manifold to the left side of the hood.
The PCV valve of a Honda Civic is usually located on the upper right corner of the intake manifold. The position can vary, but this is typical of any automobile.
Os sensors are always in the exhaust. Look either in the exhaust manifold or right after the exhaust manifold. HTH
Follow the intake manifold. Sometimes, there are oxygen sensors on the exhaust under the car.
