Depending on the engine you have you may need 4 or 6 ignition coils. If one is old and broken then chances are the others are in the same condition where they will share the same fate as the broken one so replace them all. One will cost about $18 on ebay. If you get them from a Nissan dealer or your local autoparts store it would cost you about $70. If you have a mechanic install them I don't know what the total price would be.

to change plugs on driver side remove 10 screw on coil cap, remove all three coil cap and use plug socket and ratchet to remove plugs and replace them. to replace plugs on passenger side,remove intake manifold cover by removing all 10 screws and nut on it and also all attachment on sides of manifold for easy lifting.remove all three srews on coil cap,remove coil caps and replace plugs like above.I just replaced a clients plugs for the 2005 Nissan exterra.
