You have to use modifications, either that or put your foot down harder on the accelerator. The easiest thing you can do is add an AEM cold air intake. Adds about 10-15 horsepower and makes it sound nicer too. Bolt ons are a good idea too, get them off eBay and Craigslist because the retailers on the internet will rape you with the costs. If you are paying more than 200 dollars for a cat back exhaust, do not get it. But you cannot make a civic go faster without modifications, there are millions of things you can do to your car but you have to modify it. Also be careful of your emissions and inspections, you should probably wait until you get it renewed then start doing all kinds of crazy stuff to your car.
