You don't "re-set" them. You can adjust the emergency brake sensing switch by adjusting its position relative to the emergency brake foot pedal. When the switch is adjusted properly it will automatically go out when the emergency brake is released.

The brake system warning light is more serious matter. It cannot be "re-set" it is a trouble signal from the vehicle's on-board computer that it has sensed trouble with the vehicle's braking system. Get it looked at and diagnosed ASAP - your brake system is not operating properly.

How do you reset check engine light on 2002 Toyota Highlander?

By repairing whatever tripped the light. Then you use an OBD2 scan tool to reset the light. You just have to disconnect the battery for a minute and then the check engine light go off, if the problem has been fixed!!! Disconnecting the battery will reset the light on most, but not all, 1995 & older cars, but on 1996 and newer cars this will rarely reset the light. It requires an OBD2 scan tool to reset the light on most newer cars.
