Yes! My 73 Super Beetle is set up the same way. I am tracing a turn signal problem and I verified this.

What do you do next after you've replaced all the bulbs and the flasher and still no turn signals?

You probably replaced the emergency flasher, so remove it & try your flashers; if they don't work, reposition the flasher & try your flashers. If they work now, then try to locate the turn signal flasher (ref. repair manual). Or...heaven forbid, you have a short or ground in your turn signal wiring harness (somewhere), where only an ohm meter and knowing how to use it will locate it. Good Luck!

How do you replace 2005 Saturn Vue emergency flasher?

To replace the emergency flasher in a 2005 Saturn Vue, first, locate the flasher relay, which is typically found in the fuse box under the dashboard or under the hood. Remove the fuse box cover and identify the flasher relay by referring to the diagram on the cover or the owner's manual. Once located, gently pull the relay out of its socket and replace it with a new one, ensuring it is securely seated. Finally, test the emergency flashers to confirm they are working properly.

1995 Chrysler Concorde flashers and 4 ways dont work?

Sounds like your signal flasher went out. Refer to your owners manual and look in the back glossary for anything with the words signal, flasher, and hazard. It should tell you where and how to replace this item.

Where is the emergency flasher button located on a 2004 Hyundai Sonata?

I would look on the dash or steering column or in your owners manual.

Why are the turn signals and emergency flashers dead in a 2000 Sienna if both fuse and bulbs are good and they flash when you arm the security system?

I can think of two things you should probably check. The first is the flasher relay, sorry I'm not sure where it is located for your vehicle (the security system probably sends its own brief 'pulse' to activate the lamps during security system arming, while the turn signals and emergency flashers require a flasher relay for prolonged on-off regulation of the lamps). The other might be a faulty dash wire (The security system signal probably gets sent directly through an electronic module, bypassing the manual circuitry of the interior turn signal lever and emergency switch). There are several manuals published for the Sienna that have the fuse/relay locations and wiring diagrams.

Is there a picture of the location of 2000 Pontiac sunfire signal flasher?

I couldn't find a picture for you, but my Haynes manual says that the flashers are located in the "convenience center". This is supposed to be located somewhere in or near the driver's side kick panel.

Where is flasher on 79 super beetle?

On a 1979 Super Beetle, the flasher relay is typically located under the dashboard, near the steering column. It is often mounted on or near the fuse box. To access it, you may need to remove a cover panel or lean under the dash. Make sure to consult the vehicle's manual for the exact location if you're having trouble finding it.

Where is the turn signal flasher unit on a 1998 camaro Left side works fine right side turns on but doesn't flash hazards work fine Or is the flasher unit even the problem?

If one signal works its not the flasher. You probably have a bad/wrong bulb or a bad socket. Check your owners manual for correct bulb size. If that's not the problem check for a bad socket. Your emergancy flashers are on a differant flasher unit.

Why don't blinkers work on 92 Pontiac?

Could be a couple of things. If none of your turn signals work, the flasher has probably died. Try turning on your 4 way (emergency) lights. Do they all work? If so, the bulbs should be OK. There are usually two flashers, one for the turn signals and another for the 4 ways. While you're changing one, you might as well change the other one at the same time. I can't tell you exactly where the flashers are located in your car. You've posted to the Sunfire group but there was not a '92 Sunfire. If you pick up a Haynes or Chilton manual for your exact model and year, it will tell you how to change the flashers.

How do you re-connect the emergency brake on 1966 Volkswagen Beetle?

At the lever or at the brakes? The Bently Manual for your year will tell all. I have a couple of Supers so not sure if they are the same.
