check the flasher, your 4 way flasher is different then your turn signal flasher, they both should be under the dash on the left side, they both look same, check your manual,it's about a $2-3 item
Yes, signals would not pass between the nerve cells.
Geddes changed the international average Penis size.
Georgia changed.....
There are different types of factors that can change in an experiment. The environmental factors may change, and are out of your control. The variables in the experiment may also be changed but, are usually controlled by the individual conducting the experiment the majority of the time.
No, only change the defective ones.
it is the relay, change it, it is the hazard button, the one with the red triangle.
Could be a couple of things. If none of your turn signals work, the flasher has probably died. Try turning on your 4 way (emergency) lights. Do they all work? If so, the bulbs should be OK. There are usually two flashers, one for the turn signals and another for the 4 ways. While you're changing one, you might as well change the other one at the same time. I can't tell you exactly where the flashers are located in your car. You've posted to the Sunfire group but there was not a '92 Sunfire. If you pick up a Haynes or Chilton manual for your exact model and year, it will tell you how to change the flashers.
Check the fuse. If OK, change the flasher unit.
Probably the turn signal stalk, (multi purpose switch) is what it's called. Turn signals, wipers, flashers etc. are all in that switch so any one of the items can go bad so the whole thing has to be changed, around $50.00 for the part and then you have to change it or have it changed.
The turn signals, wiper controls, washer controls and emergency flashers are all built into a multi-function switch. Of course you want to check the appropriate fuses and relays first hand. The next step would be to insure the wipersand other functions do work after the MFS has been replaced.
The turn signals and emergency flashers are both controlled electronically. The module is behind the emergency flasher switch and requires partial disassemble of the dash to access it There are several screws: 2 on the ends under the fuse covers 2 on the panel under the steering wheel and 2 by the odometer Gently pull the face off the dash. Don't break off the clips. A replacement is about $40 from the dealer.
Hello,The multi function is in the steering column. It contains the 4 way and the turn signal flashers as well as wiper switch. Buy it at any ford dealer.
depends on which lights? inside over head? /Dash board?/Doors? /front headlights?/Flashers?/ turn signals?/ Backing lights?/ Parking lights?/ So which ones ? what Year??
This usually happens when you have bulbs burned out. Check those first. If they are fine, then you probably need to change the turn signal flasher. If this is a rear wheel drive Cutlass, it has two flasher units. The one mounted in the fuse box is for the emergency flashers. The one for the turn signals is mounted just under the dash next to the steering column. Mine was on the right side of the column.
If the flashers work, change the fuse. It is located behind the ashtray/cigarette lighter area. You'll need to remove the cover, the fuse was a pain for me to locate when I had to change mine. But that is where mine was, and that fixed my problem. Hope this helps you.
No gurarantees, but most car signal flashers are plugged in at, or near the fuse box - try there.
change the turnsignal switch i have done this several times, my tracker has 335,000 original miles
