The turn signals, wiper controls, washer controls and emergency flashers are all built into a multi-function switch. Of course you want to check the appropriate fuses and relays first hand.The next step would be to insure the wipersand other functions do work after the MFS has been replaced.
You may have a weak or blown flasher unit.

The emergency signal flasher module can be found below the dashboard, on the drivers side of the engine compartment. The emergency signal flasher module simply plugs in and out.

The tuirn signal flasher is located in complete module attached to the turn signal lever. It is all one solid unit.

After replacing the burned out turn signal bulb, turn on the hazard flasher and then turn off the hazard flasher. This will reset the flashing on the turn signal from super fast to standard flashing.
