Once the nut is off, gently wiggle the wiper arm side to side to detach it from the spindle. Finally, install the new wiper arm by aligning it with the spindle and securing it with the retaining nut.

To replace the upper control arm on a 2000 Kia Sportage, first, safely lift the vehicle and remove the wheel. Then, disconnect the ball joint at the upper control arm, followed by removing the bolts securing the control arm to the frame. Once the old control arm is removed, position the new control arm in place, secure it with bolts, and reconnect the ball joint. Finally, reattach the wheel and lower the vehicle.
