Wheel bearings on a 1994 to 1997 Lexus GS300 are pressed into the Hub. The install a wheel take the hub to a machinist so they can safely press the wheel bearing into place. This reinstall the hub onto the vehicle.

Have someone ride in car with you as you duplcate the noise and see if they can determine which part of the vehicle it is coming from.
