Time setting
1. Press the CLOCK button until a beep
sounds, and "12Hr" and "24Hr" will be
displayed.
2. Press the SET button to switch between
"12Hr" and "24Hr" displays. The
selected display will flash.
To select the desired clock setting,
press the CLOCK button again while
the preferred setting is flashing.
3. "Hr. ADJUST" will be displayed next,
and the hour portion of the display will
flash. Press the SET button to set the
hour, then press the CLOCK button.
4. "Min. ADJUST" will be displayed
next, and the minutes portion of the
display will flash. Press the SET button
to set the minutes, then press the
CLOCK button.
NOTE
For trip computer-equipped vehicles,
press the INFO button instead of the
SET button when setting the time.

To set the clock on a 2007 Mazda 3, turn on the ignition without starting the engine. Press the "Menu" button on the audio system, then use the "Tuning" knob to navigate to the clock settings. Adjust the hours and minutes by turning the knob and press the "Menu" button again to save the changes. Make sure to check if the time format (12-hour or 24-hour) suits your preference.
Hold the clock button in the use the the radio seek button to increase or decreas the time.
To set the clock in a 2002 Mazda MPV, turn the ignition on without starting the engine. Press and hold the "Clock" or "H" button until the hour digits start flashing. Use the "H" button to adjust the hour and the "M" button for the minutes. Once set, press the "Clock" button again to confirm and exit the setting mode.

Press and hold the clock botton. After the beep, both hour and minute values will be blinking. You can then set the clock by pressing the H for hour or M for minute.
I found this out through trial and error. Hold the "clock" button down until it starts blinking. Use the "Tune Seek Track" button up for hours, down for minutes to set the clock. Hit the "clock" button again to save the setting.
The fuse for the clock in a 2006 Mazda 3 is located in the interior fuse box, which is typically found under the dashboard on the driver's side. Look for a fuse labeled "CLOCK" or check the owner's manual for the specific fuse number. If the clock is not functioning, it may be due to a blown fuse, so inspecting and replacing it could resolve the issue.
Press and hold the clock button to the left of the display until the selection for 12 or 24 hour time comes up (note 24hr time is military time)...after selecting 12 or 24h, the hour should be blinking, press set for each hour to increase, press clock to change to the minute selection and press set to increase the minutes, press clock when you are done.
