The drive belt snapped and as it was moving at 75mph the the pistons smashed themselves around in the engine causing the car to suddenly stop and lose power.
Took a new belt and expensive engine repair to fix.
Simply unplug the battery and replace the cords to the battery!
To restart the Mitsubushi air conditioning just go to the auto restart function.
not really sure but try this ,some asian autos require you leave battery disconnected a minimum of TEN minutes for the computer to reset.Then you reconnect and it will crank.HONDA'S are famous for this.
its a electronic piece in the key push ron area in the steering collum the key rod connectes it to complete the electric curcuit circle if it cracked it will cause it to shut down and restart by itself..
check your coil
Sounds like vehicle is stalling and you are losing all power assist and vacuum supply to braking system

It would die and not restart. Yes it may restart! I have had modules quit when they get hot and work again when they cooled down.
Bad fuel filter or maybe some water in the gas tank.
check your crank sensor
that sounds like your starter motor isn't working, which would explain why there is no noise when you try to restart it
