Im guessing your refering to the evaperater drain. Blow back up the drain tube with compressed air. Take the cabin filter out. Is it full of leaves and dirt ect...? If so this is what clogged the drain. The case will need to be cleaned otherwise will block up again. Replace the filter. Im guessing the original problem was the water on the floor of the car, right? Flooded evaperator.
