The OBD2 port on the 2008 Mitsubishi Endeavor is typically located beneath the dashboard on the driver's side. You can find it near the steering column, often just above the brake pedal or to the left of it. It may be necessary to remove a panel or cover to access the port.

By law in the US the OBD II DLC (Data Link Connector) has to be within 18" of the steering column.

Yes the MK6 Transit is OBD2 and the port is jus down below the steering wheel

Below the steering wheel. It will have 16-pin but not OBD2 compliant. You will need an adapter to convert the to OBD2. The engine (presumably) Mitsubishi 4G15 Efi which originally 12-pin. Proton did not use 12-pin but maintain the 16-pin where 4 pins are not used.
