if your looking under the hood its on the right hand side under the air filter unit and where the cruise control unit is if applicable, i changed mine yesterday it was a pain in the butt had to take off drivers side tire to detach the intake fuel line, aalso the filter was mounted with brackets and it was difficult to get down to it, pain in the butt but doable with the right tools
