There is no fuel tank drain plug.
It Does Not Have A Gas Tank Drain Plug. You Will Have To Siphon The Gas Out. Or Drop The Tank With It In It. GOOD LUCK
Yes it does.
NO.
easily unattach the hose coming from the tank leading to the carburetor turn the gas ''on'' and drain and then turn to "reserve" and drain the rest of the gas.

What I've always done is put the gas tank on reserve and pull the hose that connects from the tank to the carb and have it drain into a gas can. It will get almost all the gas out of the tank.
The AC drain on a 2003 Honda Element is located on the passenger side of the vehicle, typically near the firewall. It is a small rubber hose that allows condensation from the air conditioning system to drain outside the vehicle. If you're having issues with water accumulation inside the cabin, checking this drain for clogs or blockages is a good first step.
NO, you must pump fuel out with a hand pump.
