THe moon is around the earth ad it is always sswitching which side its on. During the day in the US, when we cant see the sun, it is night time in Asia, when you can see the sun and vise versa.

The moon stays out all day at certain times of the lunar month in regions north of the Arctic Circle (and south of the Antarctic Circle), so in that case the answer is yes.
