If you can see the tornado
No, if a tornado is spotted a tornado warning is issued .A tornado watch is not as bad as a tornado warning is. The watch just means that it is the type of weather that could POSSIBLY produce a tornado. It doesnt even mean that there is rotation or high winds. A warning is something to worry about though.
An in correct and, unfortunately, commonly cited explanation of how tornadoes form is along the lines of "hot and cold air mix together ans swirl." While a collision of warm and cold air often plays a role in tornado formation, it is not a direct cause of tornadoes.
If a pyramid were to be struck by a tornado, it would likely sustain damage to its exterior walls and possibly lose some stones or show signs of structural weakening. The tornado could cause debris to scatter around the base of the pyramid and may result in some visible destruction to nearby structures or buildings.
That is difficult to determine. There have been many thousands of F0 and EF0 tornadoes with winds possibly as low as 40 mph. However it is difficult to determine which were the weakest as many took place in open fields and caused no damage and all but perhaps a few never had their winds measured. Even then, it could be debated whether a tornado with winds as low as 40 mph could actually be counted as a tornado as such winds usually cannot cause significant damage.
The last tornado to hit the United States as of May 2014 was on April 28th. The tornado hit residents living in the state of Kansas.
Probably not. Most people killed by tornadoes are struck by debris, not picked up and thrown. Strapping yourself to a pole leaves you exposed and is perhaps the worst thing you could possibly do in a tornado.
If you can see the tornado
it will show today on april,21,2010 they might show his dad
Probably not. Atomic Betty's ship appears to be the size of a large house, and is streamlined. An EF3 tornado can lift an empty train car and possibly and unachored house, but not carry it far. That said, an EF3 tornado might be able to overturn it.

Since official record keeping began in 1950 there have been no recorded tornadoes in Wisconsin in the month of February. This should be taken with a grain of salt however, as Winsconsin could easily have had in February before 1950, or could have had a weak tornado that was never recorded.
There is nothing you can do to storm a tornado.
Yes. A tornado could be considered an event.
