Then life on earth would be cold and everything else will be cold. No one would exist. But it would not happen if god had the power to keep it warm. The sun would never do this because it's body has stuff that is hot!

What would happen if the sun lost gravity?

If the sun were to suddenly lose its gravity, it would no longer be able to hold itself together and would disintegrate. The solar system's planets, including Earth, would no longer be bound by the sun's gravitational pull and would fly off into space in straight lines. This event would lead to chaos and destruction as the entire solar system would lose its stability.

What would happen if a hot air balloon was sealed?

It needs to be open at the bottom to get heat from the burners into the balloon to warm up the air and decrease its density. If you sealed it off, eventually heat exchange through the fabric of the balloon would could the air off enough that the balloon would no longer be bouyant and it would lose altitute.

What would happen if the air inside a hot air balloon cooled down?

If the air inside a hot air balloon cooled down, the density of the air would increase, causing the balloon to lose its buoyancy. As a result, the balloon would begin to descend. To maintain altitude, the pilot would need to heat the air again or release some weight from the balloon. Without intervention, the balloon would eventually land as the cooler air becomes less capable of supporting it.

Why does the earth not lose its heat as quickly at night as the moon does?

The Earth retains heat better due to its thicker atmosphere and higher heat capacity compared to the moon. The atmosphere acts as a barrier, trapping heat on Earth, while the moon has no atmosphere to retain heat, causing rapid heat loss at night.

What would happen to the gondola if it became seperated from the envelope while the blimp was in flight?

If the gondola becomes separated from the envelope while the blimp is in flight, the gondola would likely fall to the ground. The blimp's envelope is what provides the lift necessary for flight, so without it, the gondola would lose support and crash.

What would happen when you remove heat from steam?

When heat is removed from steam, it begins to condense into water. As the temperature decreases, the steam molecules lose energy, causing them to come closer together and transition from a gaseous state to a liquid state. This process releases latent heat, which can be felt as warmth in the surrounding environment. If enough heat is removed, the water can eventually cool further and freeze into ice.

What happen s to particles as they slow down?

They get colder, and start to lose heat.

What would happen if there was no insulation?

With no loft insulation you would lose a lot of heat through your loft and be colder, and spend a lot more money on fuel to keep warm in winter.

What would happen if an air conditioner is positioned near the flow instead of ceiling?

If you live in the south it reduces the efficiency some, if you live in colder north thats where you want it . But if its a combination heat a.c. you lose efficiency on the heat side!

What would happen to the global winds if no more heat energy reached earth?

Without heat energy from the sun, the global winds would eventually weaken and dissipate. The temperature difference that drives wind patterns would disappear, resulting in a breakdown of the atmospheric circulation system. The Earth's climate and weather patterns would be drastically altered.
