The Kakatiya king who shifted the capital from Anumakonda to Warangal was Rudrama Devi. Rudrama Devi was a prominent ruler of the Kakatiya dynasty, which was a medieval Indian dynasty that ruled over parts of present-day Telangana and Andhra pradesh from the 12th to the 14th century. Rudrama Devi ascended the throne in 1262 and moved the capital of the Kakatiya kingdom from Anumakonda to Warangal, which became a significant center of political and cultural activities during her reign.
If you were on a plant looking into the stars the sun would be blue shifted. When looking up at the sky we see the sun moving towards us making it look smaller.
A red shift indicates an object that is moving away from the observer, and a blue shift indicates an object that is moving toward the observer. Both of these are called Doppler shifts.
The light from the Andromeda galaxy is blue-shifted because the galaxy is moving towards us due to the effects of gravity and the expansion of the universe. This motion causes the wavelengths of light emitted by the galaxy to appear slightly compressed towards the blue end of the spectrum.
If a star is moving toward Earth, it will experience a redshift in its light spectrum due to the Doppler effect. This means that the wavelengths of light will be stretched and appear more red. This effect allows astronomers to measure the speed and direction of a star's movement.
If the distance between us and a object emitting a wave (sound or light) is increasing, then the wavelength of the wave it emits will be red-shifted. If the distance is decreasing, it will be blue-shifted. This is true for a car driving towards us with its horn blaring, or a distant galaxy emitting hydrogen lines.

Mecca (or Makkah) was never a capital of any Islamic caliphate or an Islamic country. Medina (or AlMadinah) was the capital of the Islamic Caliphate until 'Ali shifted it to Kufa, Iraq and his rival Mu'awiya shifted it to Damascus, Syria then the Abbasid shifted it to Baghdad. Today, Mecca is a holy city in Saudi Arabia, but never a national capital.
