That's almost always because the headlights are improperly aligned (aimed),
so that one is pointed almost straight in your eye and the other one isn't.
It is better to say that the sun appears brighter because it is closer. Some stars are actually brighter than the sun.
'Appear' would become 'appeared' in the past tense so the sentence would simply be 'some stars appeared to be brighter than others'.
The brightness of a star depends on its intrinsic luminosity, distance from Earth, and atmospheric conditions. Stars appear brighter if they have high luminosity, are closer to Earth, or if they are visible in a clear, dark sky away from light pollution.
Because some are larger than others and some are closer than others.
Stars look brighter than others due to factors such as their size, temperature, and distance from Earth. A larger and hotter star will appear brighter, as will a star that is closer to us. The brightness of a star as seen from Earth is measured by its apparent magnitude.
Three possibilities: It is brighter (some are brighter than others), it is bigger, or it is closer to earth.

you cant, But some map packs have other colors for vehicles.
check the bulb in the headlight that is not working if it is fine test your wires to make sure it is not shorted out some wear
Tomorrow is going to be a BRIGHTER day. The sun is BRIGHTER today then yesterday. Some day I will shine BRIGHTER than the sun.
there is a plastic clip that holds in the bulb on the back side of the headlight under the hood, its a circular clip that turns either way and on some vehicles you have to take the whole fixture out(like a 2000 ford taurus) then the bulb comes out of the headlight assembly and has an o-ring that seals the water out and holds the beam in
The star sometimes appears brighter, and at some other time, fainter, which is the twinkling effect.
No it is not. It is less bright than some, but brighter than others.
The Sun is just like other stars - some are bigger, some are smaller, some are brighter or less bright - but the Sun is similar in size, composition and behavior to stars. The only difference is that it is so near that it looks much, much brighter.

Yes. You can compare headlight modules at this site: http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/search/?Ntt=Headlight and also other auto parts.
make sure its not your fuse first which is inside of your fuse box if fuse is ok then you can go to light, if you have enough space behind the headlight then you can just untwist the bulb socket out and replace with new bulb then twist back in on some vehicles you might need to unscrew the headlight to get more access to bulb on my Ford i had to take out battery to get to headlight. Good luck
