Plug in your old iPod, when iTunes goes to the screen with a picture of your iPod there should be little check boxes under the picture and one of them says manually manage music or something similar and make it so that when you plug in your ipod make the settings so that it doesn't automatically sync. When you finished this, plug in your touch then take the songs from your Limewire account (if they're already on your itunes) and simply drag the song from the library to the thing that says "your name" 's ipod.
