Plug in your iPod to a computer and open iTunes and then:
-You have to press the home button and the power button at the same time for about 20 seconds. Then release the home button but keep on pressing the power button for a further 8 seconds or so.
-After that on the screen of your computer it will say that an ipod is on recovery mode and you press ok.
-Your ipod will restore and after that it will update.
All you have to do is sync in all your apps and your music form the computer to the ipod touch and the work is done.
(this will not stop your ipod from breaking down but it tells you what to do in case it breaks down again).
And dats all hope u good luck mate :)
It sounds like it is a battery problem. Try getting a replacement battery for it.
It was probably out of battery.... So recharge it
This is not a known problem with iPod Touches. There has to be something that you may doing, because an iPod will not pause itself. When playing a song, put the iPod Touch on lock so nothing can touch it.
It could be lights on in the trunk or a short someplace, your best bet would be to touch positive cable to the battery and if you get a spark something is drawing power from the battery, pull one fuse at a time and recheck the spark at the battery and when you have a fuse pulled and it finally doesn't spark when you touch the positive cable to the battery terminal you have found the circuit that your problem is in.
you were playing it to long and it's broken
When the battery icon in the top right hand corner has turned red or the itouch has switched itself off
No, you can only turn it off by either letting it run out of battery, or turning it off via the iPod itself.
No, it is not safe to touch battery terminals as they can deliver a harmful electric shock.
No, it is not safe to touch a battery terminal as it can cause electric shock or burns.
Yes. The battery charger exerts more electricity than the batteries have itself. If you touch it and it burns your hand. IMMEDIATELY turn it off.
You should turn it back on to see what happens. This may be due to the lack of battery power and has shut down to reserve what little power is left on the battery to preserve its memory.
The iPod Touch will eventually run out of battery when it is locked, but it will not drain instantly.
