Unfortunatly, you cannot unless it is an apple account for app store. Then you tap forgot password and complete steps in email.
A passcode lock cannot be broken without resetting the iPad back to factory status and erasing all the data and apps. Forgotten Apple ID passwords can be emailed to you from the iCloud website.
for an iPod touch ,to change your passcode go to settings app and there should something called general. You click on it, then it should take you to passcode lock. From there you can chage your code. But if you already have a lock, you have to eneter it in. If you forgot this then you can take it to the apple store. Or plug it in to your computer and click on your itouch's name. There should be some tabs near the top. Find the right one and there should be a button that says chage pass code.
well the difference is that an apple is an fruits and the world is what you live in.
In the USA there is not much difference, but in Britain apple cider can have alcohol in it.

The Apple ID is the EMAIL address used when the account was FIRST set up. The password is the password provided at the same time when the account was FIRST set up, i.e. email password ; online banking password, WHATEVER password was used in setting up the account is what is used. If unsure of the password, request a new password and they'll send a link to your email, and you must provided the Apple ID (the email address used to sign up with) in the request, and if you can't remember then no other choice but to do any one of your choice of 4 (four) things: begin a new account just as you did the first time ; send them email ; contact a local Apple Store by telephone/in person ; submit a "trouble ticket" on the Apple website.
