You site it as you would regually and just add Volume 1 or whatever it is after the book.
Here are examples using a fictional author and book title.
Smith, Gerald. Little Known Facts about Tigers, Vol. 1, p. 24. City, State (if city is not well known): Publisher's Full Name, Year.
For Editors, rather than authors:
Terleka, Mildred, Johnson, Michael, Eds. New Philadelphia, Ohio Historic Homes and Buildings, Vol. XI, pp. 34-98. Chicago: Right Publishing House, 2009.
Make sure you are using the correct style for citations, example MLA, or APA, etc.
Add the title of the book
To cite a source with more than 8 authors in APA format, list the first six authors followed by an ellipsis (...) and then the last author's name.
When an author has written more than one source, you can differentiate between them by including a short title or date within the in-text citation. For example, (Author, "Title," Year) or (Author, Source1, Year). This helps to distinguish between the different sources by the same author.
Sarah Johnston has written: 'The more than one penguin book'
Ashley Antoinette is an author who has written more than four book, but not a lot of known about her.
The author of Justine is the Marquis de Sade. (There is more than one version of the book).
The scriptures cite more than one James.
JK Rowling author of the Harry Potter books
You can use the format "as cited in" to cite a quote by an author referenced in the work of another author in APA style. For example: (Smith, 2010, as cited in Jones, 2019). In your reference list, you would list the source you have read (Jones, 2019) rather than the original source (Smith, 2010).
You need to cite each essay that you quote from or refer to and the book as a whole, for example, Smith, A. B (1998) 'Rethinking Early Industrialization', in Williams, C.D., ed. (1999), 44-58.Only give details of the individual essays if you actually cite them and only give details of the collectaneous work once. (Do not list the all the essays mechanically. There is no point).
Tony Scott is best known for his book The Diamond Life: You Are More Than You Have Become!
It really depends on what book it is and the author. Something well-known is likely to sell for more than something unknown.
