In the Triassic period 200 million years ago the Pacific, Arctic, and Indian (Tethys) oceans were already outlined. As Pangaea split up, the Atlantic formed as the American continents split from Africa. The Antarcitic ocean may be considered to be the youngest as India did not split from it until the Atlantic started to appear. But really its a toss up between the Atlantic and Antarctic.
