You should check the battery terminals and have the battery tested. Usually, a battery leaks acid and builds corrosion eating away at the terminals so that you will have the dome light and even radio but it will not be able to start. Does it make any clicking noises?

As dumb as it sounds, you can't. I have a 2004 stratus and the only way you can reset it is to either fix the problem or disconnect and reconnect the negative battery terminal. (you don't have to disconnect it from the battery itself, only from the terminal you can actually see on the right hand side when you lift your hood)

Does the engine turn? It might be a problem with your battery If your battery is faulty it will not retain charge for long, try using another battery or use a jumper cable and another car/battery. If it starts then replace your battery. If the engine turns but does not start then the engine needs tuning.
