All you have to do is, When the glove box is open just open it again when it's closed. hope this helps.
The blower motor is behind the glove box. 3 screws below the glove box to expose the glove box bracket then 2 more to take the glove box off.....its big and silver...cant miss it!

Its right in behind the glove box you cant miss it Flex both sides of the glove box bin inward near the top far enough for the rubber glove box stop bumpers to clear the sides of the glove box opening, then roll the glove box downward. The resistor is right there in the center held in with 2 screws and 2 harness clips for the wires.
