Yes, you can use synthetic engine oil in a 2005 Tacoma.
Factory fill is semi-synthetic. I would just run full-synthetic.
It's okay to use Synthetic oil on any vehicle but bare in mind, if your vehicle has previously run on regular oil you will need to drain all the oil out completely in order to switch to synthetic, once you run on synthetic oil though you have to keep the oil synthetic because switching between different types of oil will really mess up your vehicle.
i run mobile one full synthetic 20-w50
Not just can, but should. Ford recomends full synthetic for both the V6 Duratec and the I4 Zetec.
yes, synthetic can go in anything I run REPSOL 20w-50 in my 2005 Vstar 1100
Use the manufacturer's suggested oil. If you have a turbo charged vehicle, synthetic oil will make it run cooler.
yo you can use any oil. 5W-30 or 10W-30. I pearsonaly prefer to use full synthetic oil or synthetic blend(hard to find). Synthetic shall give you more power and your engine will run smoother.
Full synthetic motorcycle oils can and regularly do have additives to make them safe for use in vehicles with a "wet" or "oil bath" clutch. Standard synthetics tend to generate excessive slip in a wet clutch. To accurately answer the question. Yes you can run synthetic motorcycle oil in your car. However I would advise against doing the opposite.
I run amsoil 10w-40 full synthetic in mine. the manual says 10w-40,10w-50,20w-40,and20w-50. make sure to get an oil for a motorcycle, jaso certified to be safe as the 7r has a wet clutch. some people say you should only run semi-synthetic, I have never had a problem with the amsoil full synthetic. I would make sure to not skimp and get a quality product as the 7r is a performance motorcycle and turns a lot of rpms. last part is just my opinion.
If your car originally had full synthetic, then you should go with that. But if it came with regular/conventional oil then it wouldn't be smart to switch unless you have it flushed out because it can cause carbon build-up inside, which will make the motor run harder and heat up more.
Castrol Syntec. I recommend when switching to synthetics from conventional, that you run a synthetic blend for 6,000 miles (two oil changes) then change to full synthetics. If you have no experience with changing oils (especially changing from conventional to synthetics) I do not recommend you attempt this.
Stopped up fuel filter.
