Yes ,there are 3 of them coming right off the battery.
No kill swoitch. You either got a wire on the wrong place or burned a fuseable link.
a fuseable link is just a length of wire that will carry a certain load. check the awg (american wire guage) ratings and install that size wire at the power source of that circuit
A quick test without an ohm meter would be to pull on the suspected fuseable link wire. If it is blown it will stretch line a rubber band.

If it is like my 99 Caravan it will be in the green wire about an inch or two after it leaves the main fuse box under the hood. If you look carefully on the green wire it does say fuse on it. It is built into the 10 guage wire. Once it has fried I recommend replacing it with a real fuseable link. You should be able to get it from your local automotive store.
I believe it is on the drivers side behind the fuse box. I am dealing with this myself. It has 3 prongs and there is a relay switch beside it. My fusible link gets hot.
Fuse or fuseable link. Possibly a shorted out switch.
In a 1992 Nissan Pathfinder, the fusible link is typically located in the engine compartment, near the battery. It is often found in a protective cover or a fuse box that contains several electrical components. To access it, you may need to remove the cover and look for a series of colored wires, as the fusible link usually has a specific color coded for identification. Always consult the vehicle's service manual for precise location and identification.
In the 1992 Nissan Pathfinder XE, the fusible link is typically located in the engine bay, near the battery. It is housed in a protective cover, often mounted on the inner fender or close to the power distribution center. To access it, you may need to remove the cover to check for any blown links. Always refer to the vehicle's service manual for specific details and diagrams.
