A battery filler bulb (also called a turkey baster) works fine. Do not use one that was used for brake fluid or battery acid. Open radiator cap, and knock you self out taking 3oz at a time.

To flush a radiator, first make sure the engine is off and cool. Locate the radiator drain plug, usually at the bottom, and use a container to catch the old coolant. Pour radiator flush solution and water into the radiator, run the engine for a few minutes, then drain the radiator by opening the drain plug. Finally, refill the radiator with the recommended coolant and water mixture.
"Flushing" a radiator is recommended when the coolant has passed its recommended service life or has been mixed with other fluids. Most manufacturers have outlined in the owners manual when it should done as maintenance.

In systems that do not have a radiator cap, the coolant is drained by the radiator drain plug. It is filled by adding coolant to the system through the overflow bottle.
If the radiator is cracked then the vehicle has ran dry on coolant. This would cause the radiator to crack if there wasn't any coolant.
You add coolant to a C240 at the radiator overflow tank. This allows the radiator to suck in coolant as needed when hot.

A 50/50 mixture of water and coolant/antifreeze is highly recommended to avoid freezing and/or rusting within the radiator.
