If you cannot tell by looking then check the continuity with an ohm meter.
T= timedelay 800= ? L=? 250V= volts
You can tell if a fuse is burned out by visually inspecting it; a blown fuse often has a broken metal strip or a darkened glass window. Additionally, you can use a multimeter set to the continuity setting; if the meter shows no continuity when testing the fuse, it is likely burned out. If the fuse is part of a circuit that no longer works, that is another indication it may need replacing.
Your fuse box cover should have a label inside showing which fuse is for which componet. If you don't see it on the fuse box inside the car, try looking at the one under the hood. I don't think it's under there for the turn signals, but the headlight fuses are under there. If the back signals are working, it's probably not the fuse, but burned out bulbs in the front. You can tell if the front bulbs are burned out just by looking at the turn signal indicator on the dash. If one of the bulbs is burned out, it will blink real fast on the dasn indicator. I hope this helps shed a little light on it for you.
If just one tailight out -should be a burned out bulb If all parking/tail/ and dash lights outs may be fuse
A light bulb or a fuse.
Usually if you look between the two metal ends there is a glass tube, in the tube is a metal wire, it can be of various size, if this wire is broke, burned or not visable the fuse is blown or bad.
You can tell that a tree has been burned because you can tell right away that is black and does not have a lot of trunk and no leaves.

The penny does not provide the over current protection that the fuse provides.
Timedelay refers to a specified period during which an action or event is delayed or postponed. It is commonly used in various contexts, such as technology, telecommunications, and computing, where it can indicate the latency between input and output or the duration before a particular process begins. In everyday usage, it can also describe the intentional waiting period before executing a task or a response.
there is no fuse for the headlights......the bulb may be burned out or the headlight switch may be bad
After the fuse has been burned
