You can transfer your email address to your Gmail address book. Gmail can import various contacts from others. This can be done in the settings and then import.
To get your address book on your Samsung tablet, depends on what type of address book you are using. If you are using Yahoo contacts, for example, you can download a Yahoo app on your tablet, then sync it to get all of your contacts on your tablet.
It automatically will transfer but it may take some time.
Add them to your address book on your Mac, and then sync.
Export contact from Yahoo in CSV file format and upload at Gmail.
To move contacts from the Address Book select Export..., from Address Book's File menu and then, Address Book Archive. Give the archive a name and save it. If the other user account is on the same computer/network you can drag the saved archive into the User's Drop Box in their Public folder, otherwise email it if it is not too large. The recipient can then select Import... from the new Address Book.

Yahoo! Go 2.0 had the ability to sync the BlackBerry address book with the Yahoo! contacts. I can not find this feature in Go 3.0. Too bad, it is a fantastic feature.
