To add Transmission Fluid to a 2003 Honda Jazz, first, ensure the vehicle is on a level surface and the engine is running. Locate the transmission dipstick, which is usually found near the back of the engine bay, and pull it out to check the fluid level. If it’s low, use a funnel to add the appropriate type of transmission fluid through the dipstick tube, checking the level frequently to avoid overfilling. Once filled to the correct level, replace the dipstick securely.
Honda Jazz/Fit has timing chain.
To replace the windshield washer pump on a 2003 Honda Jazz, first, disconnect the negative battery terminal for safety. Remove the washer fluid reservoir by unscrewing any bolts or clips and disconnecting the hoses. Once the reservoir is out, locate the pump at the bottom, detach the electrical connector, and pull the pump out of the reservoir. Install the new pump by reversing these steps, ensuring all connections are secure before testing the system.

You failed to list the year. The Honda Fit which is the name for the Jazz in the U.S. does not have a cam belt but instead has a chain. The name Jazz has been used on many Honda vehicles so look in your owner's manual or call a Honda dealer to find out for sure.
