To adjust the clutch on a 1987 Honda CRX, first, locate the clutch cable adjustment nut near the firewall on the driver's side. Loosen the lock nut and then turn the adjustment nut to either tighten or loosen the cable tension. A good starting point is to ensure there’s about 1 to 1.5 inches of free play at the clutch pedal before it engages. After adjusting, tighten the lock nut and test the clutch operation.
The Honda CRX features a cable type clutch and therefore does not have fluid. The CRX Del Sol however features a hydraulic assembly and does.
If by CRX you mean an 84-91 CRX then no. They have a cable clutch, however the del sol aka CRX del sol does.
To adjust the clutch on a 1985 Honda CRX, first locate the clutch cable adjuster near the firewall. Loosen the lock nut and turn the adjuster to either tighten or loosen the cable tension, ensuring there’s about 0.5 to 1 inch of free play at the pedal. After adjusting, tighten the lock nut and test the clutch operation to ensure smooth engagement. If necessary, repeat the adjustment for optimal performance.
theres isn't one, it's a cable clutch
honda-tech.com has a good write up
Yes, it will fit, as they are both D-series motors. However the 95 Civic has a hydraulic clutch, and the 90 crx is just a cable clutch. Also, the 90 CRX motor is OBD0 and the 95 Civic is OBD1.
