If you didn't open up the ABS module for repairs you can bleed the brake system as you would a vehicle without ABS. If you did open up the ABS module for repairs you will need a diagnostic scanning tool that can operate the ABS on demand in order to remove all the trapped air in the ABS module.
Bleed the brakes. It sounds like you have air in the system.
There is no reason to ever bleed a cooling system.

you dont bleed cooling systems you have to take it to a mech. shop or have the proper equipment and the r-134a on hand to do it your self.
These engines take care of themselves... They have a air bleed tube coming out of the water outlet, which is located under the power steering pump on the drivers side. This tube runs back over to the fill tank. This system does not have a cap on the radiator, just on the fill tank. This is correct on the 97 Buick Skylark 2.4 Quad 4 which I have.
Bleed Together was created in 1995-11.

The 1995 Grand Marquis is a OBD2 and it should be located on driver side under dash
To bleed the coolant in a 1995 Dodge intrepid locate the drain plug on the underside of the radiator, un plug it and pour new coolant in the system. Close the plug and while the engine is running find the coolant pressure valve and loosen it to relieve pressure. When bubbles stop forming there is no longer air in the system.
The rectangle with dashes at both ends and three squiggly lines on the dashboard of a 1995 Honda CR-V typically represents the vehicle's anti-lock braking system (ABS) warning light. This light indicates a potential issue with the ABS, which helps prevent wheel lockup during braking. If this light is illuminated, it’s advisable to have the braking system checked by a qualified mechanic.
Air in system. Top off the Master Cylinder and bleed the system to remove any trapped air.
