You would bleed a clutch just like you would bleed brakes. Pump the pedal and then open the bleeder valve. Usually the bleeder valve is located on the slave cylinder. I'm not sure if the PT's have a bleeder, in which case you'd need to replace the clutch slave cylinder. They usually come with the reservoir and it's usually filled. They basically aren't serviceable anymore. You just replace them.
ANSWER
IF THERE IS NO LEAKS ON THE SYSTEM,VACUUM BLEEDER IS THE KEY IS TRUE THEY SAY,IF THERE IS NO LEAKS AND ALL INSTALLED,PRESS THE MASTER CYLINDER BYY HAND JUST TO GET FLUID INTO THE SYSTEM ONCE THE MASTER RESERVOIR IS EMPTY REFILL ,THEN REMOVE THE SLAVE CYLINDER AND DISENGAGE FROM THE FORK THAT IT IS FREE THEN VACUUM BLEED FROM THE TOP NOT BOTTOM THE GOOD THING ABOUT IT IS NO PRESSURE INVOLVE LIKE THE OLD SCHOOL STYLE,MAKE SURE WHEN YOU BLEED IT THE VACUUM PUMP RESERVOIR SHOULD BE FULL THAT SHOULD BE GOOD ENOUGH BLEEDING ON THE SYSTEM
shhould be da same way u bleed your break system... bleed valve on clutch master cylinder...
try to bleed the clutch
If the hydraulic system was not opened there is no need to bleed system. You could bleed the system to rid it of contaminated (moisture) fluid if you wish.
It is a hydraulic clutch. No adjustment. Can bleed air out of the system to get it working again. If you need info on that I will supply it as soon as you ask again that you want to know how to bleed the clutch on an escort zx2
If you have bleed the system and If it will not go into gear with the engine running, the clutch pressure plate may have failed.
It probably has a hydraulic clutch so you will have to bleed the air out of it.
Dumdassesssssssssssss!
You can't, It is not ajustable. The clutch slave cylinder may be bad CHECK. could have air in system. BLEED system are the clutch parts are worn out. Replace clutch parts and TURN flywheel.
Bleed system and then see if pumping clutch is necessary for proper operation. Keep in mind that there is a master cylinder and slave cylinder.
pray like hell
The rubber gasket failure.
unfortunately Saturn went out on a limb to produce easy swappable parts in their cars. the clutch hydraulic system can not be bleed. it was intended on being replaced as an entire unit, filled with fluid and bleed at the factory. I've made many trips the salvage yards to obtain a entire assembly.
