To check the automatic Transmission Fluid level in a 2002 Rover 25, first ensure the vehicle is on a level surface and the engine is warm. Start the engine and let it idle, then locate the transmission dipstick, usually found near the back of the engine bay. Remove the dipstick, wipe it clean, reinsert it, and then pull it out again to check the fluid level, ensuring it falls within the marked range. If necessary, add the correct type of transmission fluid through the dipstick tube.
