To disarm the car alarm on a 1994 Dodge Intrepid, you can typically use the key fob if you have one, by pressing the unlock button. If the fob is unavailable, inserting the key into the driver's door and turning it to the unlock position can also deactivate the alarm. In some cases, you may need to disconnect the car battery temporarily to reset the system. If issues persist, consulting the owner’s manual or a professional may be necessary.
"Where is the alarm on a 94 accord located?
To reset an alarm for a 94 Corolla after changing the battery, place the key in the ignition and turn it slightly. Let it remain in that position for several minutes before starting the car.
Buy a kit at Wal-Mart or auto parts store comes with instructions
Sadly, the Tempo never came equipped with a factory alarm system, the system in your '94 has to be an aftermarket setup. If you want to keep it, go to a local car alarm store or a place that specializes in them and ask them to either remove it for you, deactivate the alarm, or purchase a new remote or 2. The true answer you're looking for would lie in the manual booklet for the alarm itself.
If you put a key in the lock and unlock it while the alarm is going off after jump-starting the car, the alarm will stop.

The bolts on a 94 Dodge Intrepid valve cover need to be very tight. You should tighten to 12 N*m or 105 inch pounds.
Figure out whether the car has an alarm system. Aftermarket or original. It may have freaked out.
