Sounds to me like your rear brake or emergency brake is stuck and or possibly something in the brake system is defective, worn out, broken or jammed. As to fixing it I dont recommend anyone working on brakes unless their qualified and certified. Simply put to many things can go wrong that would put yours or others life in jepardy for a novice to tamper with brakes. , EzForJesus

if your rear brakes are locking up under normal braking operations it could be contaminated brake pads/ shoes, faulty metering valve, or a bad proportioning valve, its hard for me to tell you exactly what it is but if you haven't fixed the problem post your symptoms on my message board i would be happy to tell you what exactly is wrong and how to fix it.
