Step one, unhook the negative battery and wait 2 minutes to allow the airbag computer to power down.

There are two small holes on each side of the steering wheel 3 o'clock & 9 o'clock in the soft cover on the dash board side of the steering wheel. Using a small screw driver and pulling lightly toward you ON THE HORN BUTTON / AIR BAG ASSM. push in with the screw driver until you release the lock pin. You might have to play around until you engage the lock pin but the horn button / air bag assembly will pop out slightly, you maust release both sides! Be careful that you don't break the airbag wire. when removing. The horn contact assm. is bolted to the steering wheel. They might look good and work great with the airbag / horn button removed, but replace them anyway, the horn will work much better.
