Remove caliper and pads. If it can not be hauled off, then push in the black slotted plug on the rotor. Move rotor until that hole is at six o'clock. Using a flashlight adjust until it is at "emergency brake adjuster." This is a golden bolt that runs parallel with the car. On this bolt are teeth. Using a flat-head screw driver adjust it. This is awkward, but once you've adjusted it, the rotor can be edged off. It took a lot more effort than I expected.

To remove the rear rotors on a 2000 Toyota Camry, start by safely lifting the vehicle and securing it on jack stands. Remove the rear wheel, then locate the caliper and remove the caliper bolts to detach the caliper from the rotor. Next, take off the caliper bracket if necessary, and if the rotor is stuck, tap it lightly with a hammer to loosen it. Finally, slide the rotor off the hub, and it's ready for replacement or servicing.
