Take off the panels above where your 6x9's are, they pull right out. Stick your fingers in between the edges of the chair and the carpet in the back, and just pull it out. its more like a cardboard with carpet on it, anyways your speakers will be exposed and just start unscrewing them. That's it!
^this wont work....you have to remove the rear seat, then you can take the carpeting/board off which will expose the speakers

Remove rear seat, them remove rear deck to get to the speakers.

Remove the back seat with a number 55T torque screw socket and then you can slide out the back panel to get to the speakers.

Which speakers and which moulding exactly are you refering to? If you are talking about the door speakers: Just remove the screws on the panel and inside of the door handle and inside of the armrest on the door there is a screw. Then you must remove the door handle by using a screwdriver to pry off the clip behind the door handle. After that just pop the panel off.
The front speakers, in your 2006 Dodge, will measure three inches by four inches. The back speakers will measure six inches by eight inches.
