How do you replace alternator on Renault kangoo?

Remove top engine mount n use a jack

To remove the alternator on kangoo, u should undo 3 bolts(13mm) n disconnet 2 wires.

1. remove ac belt ( to remove the belt u should jack the engine up or down cuz that will give u space to put a 13mm spaner on tensionor bolt)

2. remove powersteering pipe n bracket

3. undo ac hose holdin bolt, undo all the other holding bolts up on the alternator area that will give u more space when u take the alternator out.

4. jack the engine up all the way n push back that will give u just enough space to take the alternator out

hav fun.

p.s Renault recommand, better to change ac blet , tensionor n idle pulley together.
