Disconnect the NEGATIVE battery cable at battery.
- Then you will have to release the tension on the serpentine belt there is a belt tensioner that requires a 22mm wrench to release the belt.
- Then disconnect wire HARNESS CONNECTOR on back of alternator & remove mounting bolts.
- Assemble in reverse order.
