The 2010 Nissan Rogue takes a special rear wiper blade that you can only get at the dealer because they chose not to use one of the 13 more universal designs that most vehicles use. When you go to the dealer to get the part, ask for installation procedure. You are able to purchase more reasonably-priced aftermarket wiper blades for the front however. Raise the wiper blade and hold. Pull the release on the bottom of the blade and wiggle it off.
I had to replace the whole blade assembly. The rubber blade did not come off. The replacement blade from autozone came with the whole assembly. Cost wasn't much more than just the rubber blade style.

Replace wiper blade and carefully bend wiper arm so it makes good contact with windshield
Buy the holder and blade $24 at a Nissan Dealer. Remove the plastic cap at the base of the washer arm it just pops off. Remove the 8mm nut and pull the whole assembly off, replace the blade holder and reattach the arm back and tighten 8mm nut. Replace plastic cap and you're done.
To replace the wiper blades on a Mazda 626, first lift the wiper arm away from the windshield. Press the tab or button on the wiper blade connector to release the old blade, then slide it off the arm. Align the new wiper blade with the arm, slide it into place until it clicks, and lower the arm back onto the windshield. Repeat the process for the other wiper blade if needed.
are you serious... life blade off windshield, unclip plastic fastener off the center of the wiper arm, remove wiper, replace in reverse order.
To replace the blade, it just unclips and the new blade clips on. To replace the wiper arm, the black cap at the base of the arm pops up and the arm can be unbolted.
