As per the instructions on page 5-55 of your "Owner's Manual"...
Remove screws, remove light assembly, rotate bulb holder counterclockwise & pull out, replace bulb(# 194). Installation is reverse.....
Open the trunk. Loosen the black thumb latch wing nuts that hold the tail light assembly in place. pull the tail light assembly out. You should be able to acces the tail light bulbs to replace them.

Remove plastic grill.(screws on top,snaps at bottom)Now you can easily see the 4 bolts that attach each light housing.Remove lights, reverse order to replace.
There is one screw that holds the fog light it into place.Unscrew that screw and the fog light will pull out of the bumper.
-open trunk, there are about 7-9 plastic wing nuts holding the panel on remove them and panel pulls off. twist the bulb retainer out, replace bulb and replace retainer remount panel. easy
