To replace the wiper motor on a Chevy 3500, first, disconnect the vehicle's battery to ensure safety. Remove the wiper arms by unscrewing the nuts at their bases and gently pulling them off. Next, take out the screws securing the wiper motor cover and disconnect the electrical connector from the motor. Finally, unbolt the motor from its mounting and replace it with the new unit, reassemble in reverse order, and test the wipers before securing everything back in place.
