To reset the tire pressure sensor on a 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche, first, ensure that all tires are properly inflated to the recommended pressure. Then, turn the ignition to the "ON" position without starting the engine. Press and hold the tire pressure monitor reset button, usually located under the steering column or in the glove box, until the TPMS light blinks three times. Finally, start the vehicle, and the system should reset, with the light turning off if the tire pressures are correct.

The only thing you will have to reset is the clock and the radio presets.
The light should extinguish itself after inflating the offending tire to the correct pressure. If it does not, you probably have a bad tire pressure sensor.
